The second instalment is non-refundable after week four of the engagement.
8. Service Delivery Terms
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as described, but we do not commit to specific outcomes or results. The information and coordination support we provide is based on publicly available sources and our officers' professional experience. We are not liable for changes to government processes, portal systems, or counter locations that occur after the date of a consultation.
Rattan Bridge does not act as an agent or representative for clients before government bodies, legal proceedings, or third-party organisations. Our scope is information, coordination, and advisory โ not advocacy or representation.
9. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that information provided during consultations is exhaustive, complete, or applicable to every individual circumstance. Nothing communicated by Rattan Bridge constitutes legal, medical, financial, or professional regulated advice.
We are not responsible for decisions made by clients based on information received through our Services. Clients are advised to verify important information independently and, where necessary, to consult a licensed professional.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Rattan Bridge's total liability to any client arising from or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of time, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from reliance on information provided during consultations.
We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including government office closures, portal outages, natural events, or disruptions to telecommunications infrastructure.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rattan Bridge, its officers, and staff from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your misuse of our Services, your breach of these Terms, or any unlawful action you take based on information received from us.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a monthly service engagement by providing written notice before the next billing period commences. For the Kitchen Advisory engagement, termination after week three forfeits the second instalment.

Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination of any service agreement.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, with the courts of Selangor as the primary venue.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any service-specific agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision in future.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
- Notices: Formal notices to Rattan Bridge should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our registered address.
15. Changes to These Terms
